This digital, paperless resource includes 10 fiction reading comprehension passages at the guided reading level G. The reading passages create a high level of engagement for your first-grade readers and are perfect for their reading level. A level G is the equivalent of a first-grade reading level.

This resource was created in Google Slides. Each short story includes a cover page, the story, and 2 pages of comprehension questions. The comprehension questions are a mix of short answer and multiple choice. In the Google folder, you will find all ten stories with the comprehension questions. This resource also includes a running record template for each reading passage. The running records are in a separate folder than the reading passages.
