Description

This resource will be helpful for distance learning. We all know students are drawn to technology! This fun resource will allow your students to practice math independently on Google Slides. This is a perfect way to engage your students, assess their understanding and do it all PAPERLESS! If you school is going 1:1, this will be a perfect addition with activities you can use in your own classroom. In this product you will receive 7 different assignments that you can share with your students. There are two different versions. The first version is “How much money?” Students will look at the coins in the box and type the amount of money. They will use a dollar, quarters, nickels, dimes, and pennies. The second version is “Fill the Bank”. Students will drag and drop coins into the bank to make the amount of money on the slide.

Counting 1 dollar and quarters, dimes, nickels & pennies up t0 $2.00 (35 slides)

Counting quarters, dimes, nickels & pennies up to $1.00 (31 slides)

Counting dimes, nickels & pennies up to $1.00 (32 slides)

Counting nickels & pennies up to $1.00 (30 slides)

Fill the Piggy Bank using quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies (32 slides)

I use these during my math rotations. The students are given the assignment in Google Classroom. When they get to this rotation, they simply open it up and begin working. When they are finished, they turn it in digitally.

You could also project these activities on an Interactive Board as well to complete with the whole class. These activities specifically require typing so students will need to be able to type in the answer.
