These are fun interactive activities to supplement the book Go Away Big Green Monster. The activities target describing/adjective, sorting, big/little, colors, shapes, spatial concepts,and plural/singular nouns. It also includes an interactive game board that can be played with any activity in the classroom. This file includes eight interactive activities. It includes the following activities:
Make a Monster-Students can make and describe a monster that they create.
Feed the Monster-Students will sort items according to shape.
Sort the Monsters-Monsters can be sorted by size.
Plural or Singular-Students determine if a plural noun or singular noun is needed to finish a sentence.
Spatial Concepts-Students can move monsters around a playground while learning spatial concepts.
Monster Colors-Students can choose which monster are certain colors.
Monster Board Game-This interactive board game can be used with many different activities in the classroom.
Hands on Activity-Students can make a fun monster art project.
