This bulletin board pack contains posters featuring quotes from famous folks, posters that detail some of the amazing ways that music helps our brain develop, bulletin board banner letters, printable fall-themed notes, and a set of print/distribute cards where students can write about what music means to them. This bulletin board kit is great to print and hang for music advocacy, fall festivities/concerts, and also for student encouragement and participation.
There are so many reasons to be thankful for music! Music helps us with spacial reasoning, vocabulary skills, grammar, and many other development traits. Music also helps us connect to our emotions, create honest relationships with others, and learn to be more expressive. Music education advocacy is something that we must do all the time to remind everyone what an important part the arts play in educating the whole student.
This product includes:
*5 different posters about the power of music education.
*5 different quotes posters talking about the transformative power of music from Henry David Thoreau, Jimi Hendrix, Pablo Casals, Levon Helm, and India Arie.
* 8 printable notes for students to fill in. Have them fill out the notes and take them home to parents or have them complete the note, color it, and return to you (to be posted on the bulletin board).
*Banner words that spell out "Give Thanks for Music!"
*6 different fall-themed notes that feature quarter notes and eighth notes made out of pumpkin pie, pumpkins, and slices of pumpkin pie.
*All slides can be printed in black and white but are set in multiple colors.
