This is a very POWERFUL resource that I use every year!
Survey for parents and students!
With this form alone, I'm able to find out my student's strengths/weaknesses, hobbies, motivation, home dynamics, and anything else the parents want to share!
I then keep it in their file as background information to help drive my teaching, interaction, and future conversations with parents.
I can't tell you how much this have helped me build trust and community with my students and parents!
