Germs & Hand Washing Unit

This is a unit that teaches about the importance of washing your hands and the effect of germs.

It incorporates math, literacy, art, and science activities.

There are 2 math center activities using numbers. One uses # 0-19 and the other is one to one correspondance with # 0-10.

I have included a literacy poem and a sight word book about germs.

There is also two hands on activities teaching about germs and the spread of germs.

There is also an art activity!!

A Little About Me

I have been teaching for 30 years total and the last 20 in kindergarten.

I love creating new activities for my students all the time. I am constantly trying to make activities better to meet all of the changing needs of my students. I wish some days I could switch my brain off from this mode.
