Description
Students learn how to conduct a good experiment using petri dishes, and real lab techniques such as sterile sampling and consideration of sample sizes.
Also contains a hand-washing activity I have done using GloGerm available online- shows students how well they wash their hands (or don't!). They love this part!
Student worksheets available for this lab with pre-lab questions, data collect, analysis, and post-lab questions in English and Spanish within the powerpoints via Google Drive links.
