Geometry in Nature: Article Questions and Photography Activity-Distance Learning

This resource is a great way to connect Geometry, Photography and Art. First, students will read an online article written by a photographer. The photographer shows how she uses geometry in her photographs. Next, students will answer questions about the article and find four geometry vocabulary terms in the article to define and write a complete sentence. Then, students do a photography activity where they go outside in nature and take pictures to connect to mathematics. Students are asked to submit their photograph and explain how their picture relates to geometry.
