What educators are saying
LOVED THIS! My students found it engaging and I have already thought of ways to expand on it for next year. Will definitely be using it again and again.
Description
After teaching students about logic and proofs, this project is a great way for students to apply what they've learned to something they are passionate about and can relate to. Students choose a controversial topic that they feel strongly about and create a two-column argumentative proof in support of it or against it. Students must support their statements with reasons, which must be online resources/links. This is a great way to connect learning with students' prior knowledge and backgrounds in high school geometry.
