If so, this is the extra practice for you! differentiated to meet the needs of all learners in your classroom, this activity come with 12 task cards that students can use to create their own generalizations, or for those who need extra help, they can identify the generalization and choose the correct answer from a list of three.

Have students who are excelling at generalizations? Challenge them by having them work on a second set of 12 task cards by reading a generalization, identifying whether or not it is faulty, and then explaining their reasoning.

This activity comes with answer sheets, answer keys, and a generalization poster as well as a faulty VS valid poster.

Can be used as an in class activity, scoot game, workshop, or as a quick assessment.
