In this fun and interactive project, students will design an ugly holiday sweater representing winter holidays around the world. Students will explore traditions, food, fun facts, music and more. Optional Extension: Allow students to make a recipe from their holiday to share with the class!

History of Christmas WebQuest! Fun Holiday Activity!

Students will use the History Channel webpage and a National Geographic Video clip to complete a unique and fun WebQuest! Link and video provided on the student handouts!

Archeology Exploration - Christmas Lesson

Students will explore the field of archelogy and what an archeologist does by completing the Christmas Tree archeology worksheet and activity. First, students learn about archeology then explore what the gifts under their Christmas tree shows about them. Second, students will complete the same activity for a friend, family member, or famous person.
