If you communicate with parents often about their child's behavior at school, it's important to have positive notes and communication as well to develop trust, positivity, and support from families!
Depending on the age or level of your students, you can also use these postcards as a writing activity and can encourage students to write their own sunshine mail notes for each other to encourage positivity and kindness within your classroom community.
There are 4 sunshine themed postcard designs to choose from, and 5 different note template (on the back) options for you to choose from to use, depending on the amount of time, details or quickness you want to complete a postcard during your busy day! These are all available in color or B&W.
The 5 postcard back notes options include:
- a checklist of positive traits with writing lines for explanation example
- a checklist of positive traits with optional lines for explanation or elaboration
- write in your own positive trait and explain
- fully blank writing lines to fill in your own!
A student data tracker is also included so that you can keep track of which students received notes and on which date for your management and ease.
