July Summer Science FREE Activity includes:

- Save Sam the Gummy Worm Activity
- Students will work in teams to save Sam from death. This activity includes print and digital materials. Materials needed: Gummy worm, gummy Lifesaver, cup, and paperclips.
- Digital Google Slide Lesson includes a digital link to an example of teamwork and collaboration and the Save the Sam lesson.
- Printable student worksheets for Save Sam
- Ice Cream in a Bag Activity
- Record how temperature can change matter by making ice cream in a bag. Materials needed: Half and half, kosher or rock salt, vanilla, and ice.
- Print and digital materials, as well as conclusion questions, are included.
- Moon activity
- Reading about the moon landing in 1969
- Birthday Moon project - Students will research the lunar phase of the moon on their birthday and create an Earth, sun, and moon model.
