Frankenstein Chapter 4 Excerpt - Audio

This is part of 8th Grade ELA's first unit!

This excerpt is meant to expose our students to this type of complex language. That being said, it's hard for them to comprehend and their eyes glaze over SO FAST! I figured I'd record it in a fun accent for kids to listen to and keep them engaged.

Here is a recording for the chapter 4 excerpt of Frankenstein - done in an American Stage Standard/British accent. It's not perfect, but it's something different to keep your kids engaged. Hope it helps! I'd love to hear your feedback.
