Description

You will download 30 fraction task cards for your 2nd grade, 3rd grade and special education math students to practice identifying fractions on a number line between 0 and 1.

You may use the printable task cards in your 3rd grade math work stations or centers for fun practice or review games and activities, such as a scavenger hunt or SCOOT. Introduction to Identifying Fractions on a Number Line

Represent a fraction 1/ on a number line diagram by defining the interval from 0 to 1 as the whole and partitioning it into equal parts. Recognize that each part has size 1/ and that the endpoint of the part based at 0 locates the number 1/ on the number line.
