What educators are saying

Great resource!!!!! Just what I needed for my classroom! Excited to use for YEARS to come!!! So perfect!
Perfect resource for my kids who were struggling with visualizing what a decimal is and how it relates to fractions. Used it in my tier 2 math group!

Description

These math work mats are an effective way for students to relate fractions and decimals with tenths and hundredths. Activities include shading a model, labeling a number line, and writing in fraction and decimal form. Work mats are effective, low prep, and have a variety of uses, making them an ideal resource for teachers!

Included in this product:

  • Tenths work mat for decimals less than 1
  • Tenths work mat for decimals greater than 1
  • Hundredths work mat for decimals less than 1
  • Hundredths work mat for decimals greater than 1
  • Mini work mats (2 per page)
  • Completed examples for each work mat

Work mats are LOW PREP-just print and place in sheet protectors and have students use dry erase markers to complete. Or, use the half-page version for math notebooks. Both work well for whole group instruction! They can also be used as an accommodation during testing if needed.
