After searching for many hours I decided to make this document for myself. The document is designed to be a rubric that is printed for each individual child. or transferred onto an ipad for ongoing evidence and assessment collection.

The are based on the Victorian and Australian Numeracy Learning Progressions, just changed into I can Statements. Look in my store for the Assessment tasks that match.
