Fraction Fonts - Filled Fractions and Overlapping Models
What educators are saying
Description
Forget about searching for clipart and images to add to the materials you create. Just download these fonts from 1, 2, 3 Math Fonts, and you can just TYPE in the images you need! A great resource for teachers that like to make their own materials. Works in any program that allows you to choose a font, including most interactive whiteboards.
This set contains 6 fonts. See the Preview File for a complete keystroke-for-keystroke guide to each font, and see exactly what you will get!
Each fraction font is highly specialized, allowing you to create vertical fractions without the use of the “slash” key. First you type in the number you want for the numerator, then hold the SHIFT key and type the number you want in the denominator position.
123Fractions, 123FractionCircles, 123FractionSquares, and 123FractionRectangles each contain a variety of fraction models, from 0 halves, to 10 tenths.
123Fractions2 and 123Fractions3 are specialty fonts. When you type in one of the images, the cursor does not move until you press the space bar. This allows you to overlap more than one image, which is a great tool for demonstrating multiplication of fractions. Be sure to view the Preview File for an explanation and example.
