Description

This is the perfect tool to use to teach your students about the elements of a folk tale!

These four fabulously funny folk tales will help your students to learn new vocabulary

words, as well as practice their comprehension, fluency, and expression skills! Anchor

charts and vocabulary cards are included for each folk tale: Stone Soup, Chicken Little,

Jack and the Beanstalk, and Rumplestilskin! Vocabulary activities are also provided to

enable your students to quickly master the meanings of some higher level vocabulary words used in each folk tale. Activities for analyzing each folk tale--Venn diagrams, making Wanted posters, as well as charts for recording trickery used and lessons learned in each story--are also included!
