Description

This fun device can also be called a Cootie Catcher. You can use it to help students review the names for the phases of the moon. It could be a great distance learning resource!

I included two different version, real images of the moon and drawn images of the moon. You can have students create a fortune teller to play with a friend or one that they can play solo.

You might have students use the blank form to create their own fortune teller for the phases of the moon.

I created a web page with directions for making this device and suggestions for additional fortune tellers.

This product is one of many science fortune tellers and many math fortune tellers included in our stores. It's also a distance learning suggestion.
