    Description

    Check out this bundle of formative assessments to measure progress on the Reading Informational Texts standards for grades 9 and 10. Each formative consists of a cold read passage (op-ed, news article, and/or infographic) and a 9 question assessment (8 MC, 1 Extended Response). These assessments can be used as a pre-assessment, a post-reading assessment, or as a stand alone reading check. Google Doc formatting allows you to easily copy the quiz into any digital platform you want (Google form, Performance Matters, Schoology, Formative, etc.).
