This is a great visual to a common assessment to evaluate what a student is motivated by. It allows the student to choose a scenario in a fun and colorful way, giving educators a good idea of how to help motivate a student.
Description
Do you have students who are struggling with their behavior? Not sure what motivates them? Some students are motivated by adult or peer attention and some students are motivated by consumable rewards. This survey will help you determine just what motivates them. It can either be completed by the student individually or you can work on it with them. The better you get to know your students, the better you will able lead them to be successful.
Survey can be printed in either color or black and white.
