EIGHT activities are included for you to use as you choose (*activities are currently set at the 2nd-4th grade level. You will want to edit to fit what your students are currently learning!) Pictures and examples will guide you through each step.

ACTIVITIES:
Activities can be edited in PowerPoint to fit various grades and content levels! If you do not wish to edit any activities and would like to use them as they are, keep in mind the current content lends itself best to 2nd-4th grade learners.
1. "Make a Prediction/Opinion" Students predict which team will win the big game (if using before the game) and support their reasoning. If using after the game, students write their opinion of which team is best and support their reasoning.
2. "Design A Uniform" The NFL is creating a new team and they need design ideas on their new uniforms! Students pick a mascot and design a uniform in the colors and style of their choice. They support their reasoning for their choices.
3. "Our Class Graph" Collect information as a class to find out who each classmate is rooting for/rooted for during the game. Graph your results on the bar graph and answer questions about your graph.
4. "Edit the Post" Language Activity (Editing spelling, punctuation, grammar)
5. "What’s the Score?" Math Activity (to be paired with whatever content you are currently teaching! Edit the slides to fit what you need.)
6. “Earn your Concession Treats” Math Activity (students solve problems to earn cotton candy, soda, popcorn, and pretzels.) Can be done on paper, premade Google Form (best for 2nd/3rd grade,) or on slides.
7."Make the Match" Science or Social Studies Vocabulary (or other content) matching activity.
8. “Complete the Pass” Close Reading/Reading Skill activities (football themed mini-passages with reading skill questions. Edit to fit your reading skills.)
