Foodborne Illness C.S.I. Activity | FCS, FACS, Cooking, Health

Looking for a fun activity that will reinforce facts about foodborne illnesses? Look no further! I use this exact activity with my FCS students and they LOVE it! It gets them up moving around and allows them to become "food detectives" for the day!

In my class, it takes 3 days (40 min. classes) to complete this activity. It may take you longer or not as long depending on the time of your class periods.

I use this as a stations activity because I love to give my students opportunities to get up and move around!

This activity includes 3 forms for students to put their information on, victim case files, suspect case files, and answer keys. I also include directions for how I use it in my classroom.
