What educators are saying

This was a little young for my son, but some of the materials were great add-ons for the lessons we did around nutrition. It's a great resource, especially for middle school ages.
My student loved using this resource. It was easy to use and very interactive. Great for students that need additional assistance.

Description

Need engaging materials to teach students about food and nutrition or healthy eating habits? This nutrition unit includes activities about food groups, My Plate, and making healthy eating choices. Students will be introduced to basic information on food groups, appropriate serving sizes for different food groups, and the My Plate recommended guidelines for healthy eating.

This food and nutrition unit was designed to help middle and high school life skills students learn rules of healthy eating and nutrition. The mini-books, interactive notebook foldables, worksheets, and file folder activities include extensive visual directions to help students to navigate through the materials as they learn to plan healthy meals and make healthy eating choices in eating from serving size to food groups.
