Food Truck Advertising Project

Advertisements are everywhere you look. In this project, students will design an advertisement for a food truck of their creation. Students will select one of the listed media to create an on-brand advertisement. Topics covered in this project include advertising media, advertisement types, advertisement techniques, target market, and brand image. After students design their advertisement, they will answer 8 reflection questions. A grading rubric is included to assess student mastery.

This product includes project instructions, a list of applicable advertising types and techniques, reflection worksheet, and a grading rubric that covers the project and reflection. Students need access to a design software, such as Canva™ to create the advertisement. This project could also be completed in Google Slides™ or Microsoft PowerPoint™ if students know how to resize the slide. 

This activity is meant to accompany any of the other food truck activities sold in the Business Girl store. You can save $$$ by purchasing this project as part of the Food Truck Simulation Semester Project. This lesson is fully EDITABLE. Pair this project with the Advertising Types Activity and Create an Ad with Advertising Techniques Project to make it a unit.
