I used this with one of my students whom I needed to collect data on. It was great resource that is very visual to both the student and those who are collecting data.
I was able to edit and adjust this resource as needed and my student has been able to use it quickly and easily with little training.
Description
This has worked great in my classroom to help students focus. It allows the teacher to give a plus/minus or smiley/sad face if the student is on task and completes work. Parents really appreciate the breakdown of the day and I appreciate that it doesn't take a lot of time or work for the teacher!
