Flip A Coin PE Fitness Fun Distance Learning, Brain Breaks & PE in the Classroom

Heads and Tails Fitness Fun is an engaging activity to get your students up and moving! Your students will quickly show mastery on heads and tails with a coin through the help of this fun activity. My students love the fun fitness skills. I use this activity with grades 1-6. My P.E. students are dripping in sweat with big smiles on their faces by the end of this activity. A perfect activity to cover the necessary components of physical fitness. These action game cards are developed to be easy to use and immediately engage students in simple core fitness, cardio and flexibility tasks. Each card has a picture to help your emerging readers comprehend the task to complete.

These stations require no additional equipment and minimal space that make for a perfect at Home PE Distance Learning Activity. These are great for high intensity warm ups or short stations. If you prefer a whole group warm up you can show these as a visual on your projector for the entire group to complete the task at the same time.  I also use these task cards as part of my distance learning/e learning plan for students to complete at home.

The flip a coin game cards are in color but print beautifully in black and white as well.  I recommend that you print on card stock, laminate and then you will have a resource you can implement for many lessons.
