Description
Fitness circuits are sequences of movements that you perform one after the other, with only a brief rest in between. A timer can be used (for example 30 seconds to 1 minute) to time the movement. A 10 to 20-second rest can be incorporated in between exercises. The circuits are a great way to get a full-body workout in a short amount of time, and they can be tailored to meet specific fitness goals for a wide range of ages.
This Fitness Circuit Task Card set is a 15-Exercise grouping of Cross Fit (multiple components of fitness) exercise signs, with descriptors and images. They will provide you with a practical tool to help guide your students through a variety of FUN AND ACTIVE fitness-based movements, and skills.
