First Day of School Activity-About Me Note Card

#firstdayofschool this is what I am doing.

#students will come in and sit alphabetically (to help me memorize their names and to decrease stress of the unknown on their end, picking a seat can be a BIG deal in #middleschool )

They will work on this independently for the first 10 minutes of class over the first 2 days.

After attendance and individual check ins we will do our first mini #sel and #hype on how to handle #stress (self regulation).

Lastly we will do a #stem #teambuilding challenge. This year I chose cup stacking (copy and paste the link for directions)
