What educators are saying

This was a great way to practice sequencing/ordering events from our story. It also helped practice summarizing the story.
I like to use First Day Jitters as a beginning-of-the-year read aloud, and this activity is a great way to teach students sequencing!

Description

These sequencing worksheets go along with the books FIRST DAY JITTERS & LAST DAY BLUES by Julie Danneberg. The sheets can be used in centers, to assess or reinforce a skill, or just to accompany the books for fun at the beginning or end of the year. Each sheet has six events from each of the books that must be cut apart and put in order within the diagram.

This is two for one guys! Basically you buy one, get one for a penny ;-)

Please enjoy and check out the rest of my sequencing worksheets!
