INCLUDED WITH YOUR PURCHASE:
- How to Analyze Website Credibility – Presentation Notes: The PowerPoint/Google Slides presentation walks students through the process of analyzing a website for credibility. To help students remember the process, analysis is divided into five sections: who, what, when, where, and why. Each section identifies necessary elements of a credible website and how to find them when determining reliability.
- Full-Page and Half-Page Checklist: The printable and digital checklist includes 15 criteria for students to follow when analyzing a website. Like the presentation notes, the checklist is segmented into five sections: who, what, when, where, and why. A black and white copy of the full-page and half-page checklist is also included.
- Analysis Worksheet: A printable and digital worksheet is included for students to apply the website analysis skills they have learned. The worksheet includes 17 open-ended questions (aligned with the checklist) and a final analysis section. Upon completion of the worksheet, students will have gathered enough information to determine credibility. A condensed one-page worksheet is also included.
- Classroom Posters/Anchor Charts: Two website credibility posters are included. The posters can be used as anchor charts or student reference materials. Both posters identify the necessary criteria for determining website credibility.
