This movie is excellent for introducing the following curriculums:
Social Studies: Heritage and Identity: Types of Families. (Mother’s Day.) Science and Technology: Life Sciences-Animals.
I also watched this movie with my class the week before we visited Ripley’s Aquarium. This movie is a great way to introduce sea creatures to the students and get them excited about the field trip.
Hey! This is a great movie for your students to watch for an afternoon. That way, you can catch your breath during a busy week! But don’t just watch a movie; this is a great reward for your students but keep them engaged!

The student uses language conventions to correct errors, refines expressions, develops, and strengthens the names of the characters in the movie by completing the Wordsearch. Then colour in various sea creatures from the movie, Finding Dory.
Activity 2: Movie Review and Comprehension
Overall expectation: Movie Review Time: 60-75 minutes
The student demonstrates an understanding of various meanings in the movie and connects to the information in the movie, completing the movie review. Total Marks: _______/20
