Based on a true story, Hidden Figures is an inspirational biographical drama film regarding 3 brilliant African-American women who played an invaluable role at NASA for decades in the 1960's. Hidden Figures delivers a powerful and empowering message as well as pays homage to the realities of our history highlighting principles of segregation and discrimination that is very much relevant today.

Using the film as a means to raise awareness, communicate, and educate concepts that is essential to understanding Black History Month/Women History Month, we have compiled a product you can use in your classroom to help supplement your Black History Month/Women History curriculum.

Comprehension Questions for the entire movie in 2 formats DOCX or PDF: each with support such as sentence frames and dictations. Answer keys included. Just print and distribute.

We teach 4th grade, so we've provided the standards that align with 4th grade C.C.S.S. standards. However, the same standards would apply and be addressed in upper grades. The depth of responses, and thoughts would vary.
