This is a bundle of four resources for your field trip preparation!

4. Field Trip Groups (Organizer and Handout for Chaperones)

First, you'll need the field trip permission slip! There are four templates here to choose from. Then, you'll need the check off form as the slips come back from parents, to keep them organized.

Then, as you approach the field trip, I have two options for you chaperones. One is a Field Trip Groups handout that you fill out and give the chaperones so they know who is in their group and what the agenda for the day is. The other is a Chaperone Information and Agenda page, to give the chaperones more detailed directions if they'll be leading a group all day, apart from the whole class.

This is the bundle you need! I've planned and led several field trips from start to finish, and these are tried and true! Best of luck as you plan your trip!
