Students will choose 3 of their favorite fast restaurants and make a prediction as to which meal they think will contain the most calories and fat. Research, record, and create a spreadsheet to learn which of their favorite fast food restaurants is the unhealthiest choice. Students will also answer a series of questions about the research as well as what saturated fat is and WHY is it bad for them. This activity is for Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel and includes links to the some of the most popular fast food restaurant nutrition guides. A completed and editable spreadsheet is also included.
Includes an optional link to a Google Sheets Fast Food Spreadsheet in which students can replace the text and create the calculations.
