Here is a monthly calendar and shopping list made with Google Sheets, you can add, subtract and edit to your liking. You can update the dates each year and use it over and over! Since everything is made with Google Sheets, all of your videos, websites, google docs, and apps can be hyperlinked in your plans and accessible for years to come! Everything else is in a google doc made with google drawings.

Lab Day Planning & Evaluation/Reflection Forms

Steps for individual students to fill out before cooking, making sure they read the recipe, and lists of their responsibilities. There are 5 jobs included: Chef, Sous Chef, Manager, Assistant Manager and Server. Each paper has roles for all the jobs.

The Evaluation/Reflection form asks the nutritional value of the dish, how it turned out, how they contributed, how problems were resolved and has a QR code to report anything that happened. (This you will have to update).

This is great for pre and post knowledge. This helps students prepare and be ready for lab days; and then reflect on what/how they performed.

This is a PDF, but you can upload this into Canva.com and edit it to your liking. Don't forget to add your own QR code in the reflection; I used Microsoft forms which creates one for you!

This would be great for cooking, foods and nutrition, culinary and hospitality, ProStart, food science, teen/adult living and home ec classes.

Use this poster as a way to track your students cooking groups! If you laminate it you can update it as needed or you can keep it virtually and edit it on Canva.com!

How to use:

• Group your students and let them pick their group name/restaurant name.
• Write down each member
• Award "stars" to the best group each week. You can use this as an incentive to work hard, collaborate, use 21st century skills, and more!

I just used mine to trace on a piece of butcher paper from my projector!
