This is an introductory assignment that will familiarize students with the current version of Canada's Food Guide. All questions are taken directly from the Food Guide website and the link to the site is at the top of the assignment handout.

By completing this activity students will examine and record strategies to promote healthy food choices, healthy meal preparation, and healthy food culture.
