Each page has four words that will need to be printed, laminated and cut apart. You can choose to print the black and white on to colored cardstock or construction paper, or the colored copies onto white card stock.
Suggested uses:
- Make mini writing centers on tri-fold science boards and glue the words into the middle section. Easy to clean up and space saving!
- Display these on your word wall, on a bulletin board, in pocket charts
- Glue the included individual word lists into student writing journals for reference during independent work
- Give students finger pointers from the dollar store and let them search the writing center for the words. When they find them, have them write in different colored markers - great handwriting practice
- Sort the words (template included for each month) into their letter length
- Build vocabulary and write a sentence using three of the words (paper included x6)
- Use the words to write a story (paper included for each month)
