Fall Mindfulness Activity and Fall Craft: Finding Peace Mindfulness Exercise

In this fall mindfulness activity, students will participate in a mindfulness exercise to explore peace and warmth through their senses! Use the mindfulness script included to lead students through the exercise and reflect on their experience of peace or warmth in their hearts. Students then create a hot apple cider craft and identify things that bring them peace in their lives. This includes a mindfulness script and cut and no-cut craft printables. This activity is perfect for classroom guidance lessons, small group counseling activities, or classroom SEL time (social emotional learning time).
