This is a 24 page full color picture book presented in 14 spreads. It contains original text at a minimum 5th grade reading level and original photographs taken in the area of Germany from which the tale was collected.

It could be used in a literature class, a creative writing class, a German or world culture culture. Students could use this as a model to create their own stories using pictures from the regions of the origin of their stories, for instance.
