Description

**Update, 5/24/2017** This product was updated to include additional teaching tips. Writing sheets have also been added as an option for students to write final copies of their own stories. Thank you!

This collection contains some of my favorite Think Sheets to help students:

• analyze traditional tales
• analyze fractured tales
• create a plan to write a fractured tale
• create a plan to continue a published tale
• create a plan to change the main character or point of view in a tale

Please see the Preview for sample Teaching Tips and Think Sheets.

I have successfully used these sheets with students in grades 4 & up. Depending on how the teacher presents them, they could be enjoyed by slightly older or younger students.

Enjoy!
