Fundationally FUN PHONICS Alphabet Worksheets with Parent Letters

These NO PREP worksheets provide multisensory review and practice of uppercase and lowercase letters and their sounds. The font and handwriting lines align with the Fundations® program.

For each worksheet, there is a parent letter that outlines each step, making homework more meaningful and strengthening the home-school connection. Each letter can be customized with your name. Type your name on one parent letter and the rest will fill in for you.

These NO PREP FUNDATIONS® Aligned Echo Find Letters/Letter Formation Mats can be used to enhance your Fundations® lessons and to practice and reinforce alphabetical order and letter formation. The students trace each letter starting at the dot, when provided, and fill in the missing letters.

They can also be used during the echo/letter formation activity. (Use the complete alphabet pages with no missing letters.) As the teacher recites the sound, the students echo, find the correct letter, and trace it.

Place the complete alphabet page (with no missing letters) in front of children who need more support recalling the letters and how to form them.

Fundationally FUN PHONICS Letter Formation and Recognition Playdough Mats

These FUNDATIONS® Letter Formation Playdough Mats will help your students learn to recognize and write uppercase and lowercase letters. There are 6 different versions included. Each mat includes the FUNDATIONS® keyword picture to reinforce the letter sound. Each mat is 8.5” by 11”. Print and laminate the color mats to use with dry-erase markers or use the black line mats for single use.

Using these mats, the students will:

•Build the letters with Playdough or other sensory material

•Trace the letters on FUNDATIONS® aligned handwriting lines

•Write the letters on FUNDATIONS® aligned handwriting lines

Fundationally FUN PHONICS Uppercase Lowercase Keyword Matching Puzzles

These self-checking puzzles can be used as a Fundations® activity to help your students match upper and lowercase letters as well as reinforce the keywords from your Fundations® lessons. Use as a three-piece puzzle to include the keyword pictures, or a two-piece puzzle to focus only on uppercase and lowercase matching. Print, cut, laminate and play! Each puzzle is 3" by 8". Color and black and white versions are included.
