This free Social Studies resource includes an informational reading passage about the three branches of government, plus comprehension questions!

There are a total of seven questions that students will answer after reading the text, which includes information about the Constitution, separation of powers, three branches of government, and checks and balances. Four questions are multiple choice and three questions are short-answer. This resource is a great way to integrate English Language Arts with Social Studies.
