FREE Substitute Report. This form is a free resource you can use when you have a substitute or guest teacher in your classroom to record student and classroom behavior.
Your substitute will have an easy way to keep track of behavior and leave you detailed notes so when you return, you will know exactly how things went.
Having an emergency sub binder is a great way to save you time during the year, and this can be a convenient report to include in your binder.
I have included a color version and a black and white version of this free substitute report form.
