Hi! I hope you enjoy these four step hand washing sequencing cards for kids. These sequencing cards are designed to promote good hygiene habits amongst children by helping them identify correct hand washing sequences.
I would recommend explicitly teaching children how to wash hands (e.g. top, top, together, between – for 20 seconds) when conducting this activity.
Seven alternative hand washing versions are included so you can select the one you most prefer.
While also teaching children basic hygiene habits required to maintain personal health, these 4 (four) step sequencing cards can also help children develop essential oral language skills. They can be completed at home for distance learning, in child care centres or in the school setting.
The sequencing pack includes:
- Washing Hands - seven versions to select the one most relevant
- Coloured and black and white versions of each
The color/colour matching story boards enable children to work independently on the sequencing task and makes them great for literacy centres or during home school/ distance learning.
Each card is color coded and the title of the sequencing story is located on the top left hand side for ease during pack away and set up.
These washing hand sequencing cards are also are great for children on targeted education plans and are wonderful for developing oral language skills when used as a ‘sequence and tell’ activity.
