FACS Foodborne Illnesses Research Project

This is a great way for your students to learn about all of the major foodborne illnesses without having to research all of them! Students will select an illness, follow the research guide, create a presentation, and present the information they learned back to their classmates. This product includes an example presentation, list of 13 common foodborne illnesses for students to choose from, grading rubric, student instruction handout, and general teacher instructions. All documents are in both editable and PDF formats.
