Exit Slip Templates

Description
Exit slips are a great formative assessment tool. Whether they are graded or just collected, they provide much needed feedback on what students are able to complete or understand at the end of the class.
However, I found that the more open an exit slip was (give one thing you learned today and one question you still have OR what three things stuck with you today) the least likely my students would provide the specific feedback I needed to know how and when to adjust my plans. Most students just gave vague, unspecific responses or a general "nothing" or "everything". I needed something more specific and pre-designed to get the responses I needed to assess their learning.
That said, I hate preparing for which kind of exit slip to use each day. Sometimes, the one I plan isn't the best choice for how class actually went. But, having a ready supply of copies to hand out of a bunch of different exit slips was just not happening either.
Thus, these TEMPLATES were born!
