  • Slide 2 has instructions on the basic concept of exchanging 10 beads for 1 ten bar

  • Slides 3 - 14 feature a total of 4 exchanging problems
    • Exchange Game problems are done over the course of 3 slides:
      • 1st slide - identify the quantities of the golden bead material for each place value
      • 2nd slide - exchange the material beginning at the ones place by dragging and dropping
      • 3rd slide - identify the quantities in each place value after the exchange and type the new number in expanded notation
