Description

Children practice number writing and other numeration skills and establish routines for working with slates.

Hand out dry erase boards, markers and erasers to students. Follow the instructions on the flipchart to introduce using slates and writing numbers.

Understand that each successive number name refers to a quantity that is one larger.
